Christopher Woods
Chris's career began at the dawn of the internet economy as one of the first seven team members at uTour.com, helping scale the Oregon-based startup toward an IPO. This early exposure to hyper-growth led to Bearcom Wireless, where he managed mission-critical infrastructure accounts for major entities like TriMet and PDX. These roles established his foundation in technical sales before he transitioned to International Sports Management (ISM), delivering premium hospitality solutions to C-level executives for global sporting events.
Recognizing the digital shift, Chris moved into the engine room of modern growth, driving visibility for Google Partners and Adword Associates. This phase was defined by a deep mastery of SEO and Search Engine Placement (SEP), where he managed comprehensive marketing budgets and high-impact campaigns to ensure clients owned their digital space. This expertise fueled his firm, Cultivis, where he provided high-level horticultural consulting to innovate the Oregon cannabis and hemp markets. Throughout his 25-year journey, he has maintained a prolific collaboration with Eben Wilson, solving complex business challenges across the Northwest.
Most recently, Chris spent four years as a professional fly-fishing guide in Colorado and Central Oregon. Guiding for top-tier shops, he refined his ability to work closely with individuals and deliver an exceptional, high-touch experience. Today, at Point Presence, he synthesizes this 25-year arc—tech pioneer, infrastructure expert, and industrial innovator—to help clients claim their space and turn market presence into a powerful growth engine.
